Aikpracha Meenayotin wins, keeps Toyota Vigo Tournamnet title in Thailand

This past Friday, October 29th, Aikpracha Meenayotin was the last man standing in the 154 lb Toyota Vigo Tournament. The tournament included 7 other fighters from around the world, including Cyrus Washington from the U.S. Vahid Rossani defeated Cyrus Washington in the first stage of the tournament, sending the American home early. In the semi-final Rossani faced off with Don Madge of South Africa, who looked to be the strongest fighter in the event other than Meenayotin from Thailand. Don Madge, was outpointing Rossani and on his way to the finals when he suffered a nasty knee injury when defending a leg kick from Rossani. In the finals, Aikpracha Meenayotin, who had defeated Antuan Siangboxing of France in the semi-finals, outpointed Vahid Rossini to win the Toyota Vigo Tournament and thus keep the title at home in the Kingdom of Thailand.
